Haunted Ohio got its start in 2003 as Scary Ohio. The site was inspired by Adam Drendel and HauntedIllinois.com. The goal is to provide the most comprehensive and current information about Ohio's haunted attractions and events. We reset the listings every August in order to ensure that what you see on the site is up to date.

Haunted Ohio is owned and operated by Barry Schieferstein. Barry is one of the co-founders of MidOhio Productions which produces the Midwest Haunters Convention as well as haunted attractions in central Ohio.
