The Count's Crypt
It is said that Count Harry Scary ventured to the new world in the late 1400's. Leaving his home in the Carpaithian Mountains in Transillvania, Count Scary ( a member of the order of the dragon or "Dracul" befriended a witch named Sagella and settled in what is now the Central Ohio area named Pataskala. The land was rugged, private, yet was home to many Native American tribes. The Count loved the Native Americans. Infact, He found them very nutritious. After building their home with magic, Sagella brought forth a evil spirit named Baltazar to do what ever the Count asked of him. He was a terrifying creature who provoked fear into anyone who saw his face. Baltazar was certain the fear was caused by his looks ( not the fact that he would rip the hearts out of all who saw him ) and painted his face like a clown to try and hide behind the paint. He was never able to hide his horns or his razor sharp teeth. Today, all that is left is a crypt found under the foundation of a house while doing excavation for a garage. Since unearthed, the Crypt has brought terror once again to the people of Pataskala!
The counts crypt is a commercial quality, large scale home haunt in Pataskala Ohio. We offer lighted tours for family and small children. It is a family operation. Not to gory but a lot of fun. This is our biggest year yet with a lot of animatronics and live actors.
